Hello, I have a question regarding the B2BKING plugin and specifically the dashboard where you view your users/customers. When you go to B2BKING > CUSTOMERS you have all your customers, and when you press on an account it directs you to the wordpress user dashboard. I was wondering if there was a specific dashboard that shows the statistics of users for example how many orders they have made, how much they have spent, etc. and if it can redirect the shop manager to that instead of the wordpress one, or if we can somehow integrate one ourselves.

    Kind regards,
    Jdi Web Team

    Hi there,

    Glad to assist,

I was wondering if there was a specific dashboard that shows the statistics of users for example how many orders they have made, how much they have spent, etc

This information is actually available on the default WooCommerce customers dashboard (under WooCommerce -> Customers in the backend):

Here you can also find some other info such as the registration date, last active date, AOV (Average order value).

The shop manager should also be able to view this as it is under Woo.

Let me know if that can help solve it,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

More like a dashboard where you see each users info for example I click on the user "asd asda", it takes me to the dashboard page for that user where I can see his name, address, VAT number and more information about him, I am aware that information is displayed on the wordpress user page but I was wondering if B2BKING had a seperate one.

I see, thanks for clarifying. B2BKing only has that info on the profile page, there's no separate page for it.

We are looking to expand this to add more options / make this more of a CRM-like interface where for example you can also add notes to the customer, maybe a calendar, etc. This is on our roadmap for future updates.
