Generally, we are happy to do a basic plugin installation and setup for you, and configure the plugin's settings and pages as part of our support service.
For that, just let me know what you're looking to achieve, and let me know if you have any specific requirements. We would also need a backend login to the site so we can do that.
Please note though that there are some limitations to what we can do: We cannot do any data work as part of this, data import / export, or work with large numbers of products or data. For that and for generally setting up a WooCommerce store from scratch, you would need to work with a developer or agency, as setting up a store can be complex.
