By default, all coupons can be used by all site users. Any coupon created under Marketing -> Coupons would normally be usable by any site customer (unless you set specific restrictions).
Therefore we only have a setting in the plugin for 'disable coupons for b2b', as enabled is the default state.
Are you seeing that b2b users on your site cannot use coupons, despite 'disable coupons for b2b' being unchecked ? It would help if you can give more details,

Currently there is no "coupon code" button in the marketing section of woocommerce (marketing > coupon code)
I noticed that in the b2bking settings there is no option: "enable coupon for b2b users" but only "disable for b2b users".
