Does MarketKing provide the ability to add a third user type other than Vendor? I need to have a third user type, say Group Admin.
This user will need the ability to generate reports (custom reports) based on user groups based on product categories (i.e. Group 1 - Summary total t-shirts $$$, total Sweat Shirts $$$ ; then a break down by users in that group, etc.)
The ability to create a custom dashboard for that Group Admin user that would give that user the ability to change profile information (i.e. password, email address, etc.)
What other payment gateway can be used besides Stripe for store checkout (i.e. helcim, etc.)?
What other payment options can be used to payout the vendors (i.e. Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, etc.)
What third-party integrations are supported for shipping, submitting orders, product tracking, etc.)
Can the vendor payout be automated (i.e. once a month automatically transfer earnings to the vendor's accounts.
Will MarketKing work with the FARO theme?
Can I use Elementor Pro to customize Product Page and Vendor?
(1, 3) There is currently no feature for a 3rd user type. Something like that may be best achieved with a User Roles plugin, but that would be custom functionality that is not part of MarketKing.
(2) There is currently no specific feature for this in MarketKing
(4) Any WooCommerce payment gateway can be used.
The only thing special about the Stripe gateway is that it directly sends the payment to each seller.
Other gateways can be used as well: in that case, the site admin will need to send a payout later to the seller (e.g. at the end of each month). MarketKing calculates how much is owed to each vendor for the payout.
(5) MarketKing only calculates and determines how much is owed to the vendor. It is up to the admin how they pay their vendors. Any methods can be used, as that is outside of our plugin - MarketKing does not control this.
(6) Currently we support the WooCommerce UPS and USPS plugins for shipping.
The plugin has its own tracking feature with support for most providers including custom ones: https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/shipping-tracking/
(7) There is no MarketKing feature for automatic payouts besides the Stripe split payments integration.
I have a few questions regarding MarketKing Prem.
Hello Demetrius,
Thank you for getting in touch,

(8) Any theme can work as long as it supports WooCommerce. Is this the theme you mean? https://themeforest.net/item/faro-digital-business-agency-wordpress-theme/45493946?srsltid=AfmBOoolNJTHafw0IYbx8Sca2VzgeurSoANH0_q4PaEIPATaUHTXPIJv - Generally it is a concern that is only has 18 downloads, which usually indicates it has had little testing.
While I believe it is compatible, generally we would suggest going for a more popular theme, as it would be more stable / bug-free.
(9). Yes, you can customize both the single product page, and the vendor store page using Elementor:

Kind regards,
