Im using b2bking and my trying to exclude some products of the discounts that the app apply to the users of my webpage. By default the page make a discount according to the profile of the client, for example, if you're a "User1" on all the shop you're going to recive a 15 % off, if you're "User2" you will get a 10% off. But i got some products that doesnt require any discount and i dont know how can i exclude them from this formula.
I just tried the dynamic rule fixed price and doesn´t work neither.
To be more clear. Here is how the product looks when I log in as "User 1" with a 17 % off on all the page. The normal price, without login, is $ 3.990 CHP (Chilean Pesos), but i need that, even there's a discount for my type of user, this product could mantain the $3.990 CHP price, and not the $3.312 CHP.
I just tried uploading a CSV file with the price and doesnt worked
Is the 17% discount rule already set to "all products except" excluding that product, but the user is still getting a discount for the product? It might help if you can share a screenshot of the rule.

If you would like, we can check this directly on the site and troubleshoot the issue. For that, would it be possible to share a backend site access? or access to a staging site we can work on?

Are you configuring the discount through dynamic rules? If so, there is a beta option there for "all products except":
Please search for "except" in the dropdown and you will be able to find it:
Then you can select which products to exclude from your discount rule:
