SOLVED - YOU NEED TO MAKE IT MORE CLEAR THAT THERE IS A FREE CORE PLUGIN THAT MUST BE INSTALLED FIRST.
I just completed purchase marketking and added the the plugin to a new woocommerce test site. However, I am trying to activate using the "Activate license key" , https://avsbc2674x.onrocket.site/wp-admin/admin.php?page=marketking&tab=activate, found in the WP plugins page but I am getting an error "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page." This is fresh site with only woocommerce plugin, so no plugin conflicts, or cache issues and I am signed in as Admin. Plugin is active, however there is "MarketKing" section added to my WP dashboard. This is very disappointing right out of the gate.
Indeed it is needed to install and activate the free version first. Sorry about any confusion here. Normally you should have seen a install/activate button there as follows, which would automatically install that:
Perhaps it did not show for some reason or there was something blocking it.
