I added tier pricing and it works fine on the product page but when we meet the criteria and push the products to the cart the pricing defaults to the B2C price and ignores the B2BKing price and all the pricing tiers.

I was originally using the B2BKing rules but they are to limited in the scope that we need so we added back to our website Dynamic Pricing Plug.

Everything works for the B2C side but the cart pushes B2C pricing for B2B orders.

    Thanks

    Hi there,

If the price on the product page and cart page is different, that usually indicates a plugin conflict with something else that works on prices.

I would suggest deactivating all other site plugins to see if that resolves it. In most cases it would.

If you are using both plugins at the same time, it's possible that's where the issue is coming from. If so, I'm afraid we don't have a way to integrate the prices: the issue is that usually pricing plugins work on the same hooks our plugins work on, and it is basically impossible to know which plugin modified which price at which point.

The only option would be that one of the plugins ignores the product. If that's the issue here, it may help to ask the other plugin's team if they have any code snippet to make their code skip certain products.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
