Hi, so I downloaded marketking from the WordPress repository, using it and everything is working well but the issue I'm having is with the Bank Transfer Payment method, I realized that when bank payment method is used, the admin commission is deducted from the vendors balance and no commission is added to the vendors balance. This is not the way I need it to function, it's meant to be treated as any other order. Please how can I resolve this?
If I understand correctly, I believe you are saying the orders are paid via bank transfer, directly to the site admin, but the vendor balance (amount that the admin owes the vendor) is not increased. Is that right?
And can you clarify, do you have the "Split Bank Payments" module enabled? That might explain the issue.
