After the VENDOR TEAMS & STAFF function is enabled, the permissions of sub-team members to add items are configured. However, after adding one item, the second item cannot be added, and the page will constantly refresh.
For support, kindly please share with us your purchase email or license key, as we need to add that to our database for support purposes.
Regarding the issue: if I understand correctly, a vendor team member can create 1 product, but not multiple products after the first one? Can you also please clarify which version of MarketKing Core and MarketKing Pro you currently have installed?

I looked into that issue now and I believe I have found the problem. I have a plugin update that I believe can fix this and allow vendor team members to correctly create multiple products.
Please update to the attached plugin version. To update:
1. First deactivate your existing version of MarketKing Core
2. Upload and activate the attached version
(no change to MarketKing Pro is needed)
Let me know if you have any further issues,
We can also check and troubleshoot the issue directly on your site if you prefer. For that, we would need a backend site access so we can look into it.

Another problem occurs when user A selects size in Attributes and user B selects color in Attributes. User A has adjusted size in Attributes after adding a product. When Variations are applied here,The color Attributes information added by user B is often displayed. It feels that when multiple accounts are operated at the same time, the Variations attribute will be different.

Please look for update 2.0.30 for the MarketKing Core plugin.

I understand you're referring to a situation where multiple users are editing the same product at once. This can certainly create a situation where the attributes or other product data is out-of-sync. This is not something the plugin can support.
I think the only solution here is to make sure that multiple users do not edit a single product simultaneously. If it helps, I think we can add a message / info under each product such as "User X is currently editing this product" to let other users know they should not work on it at the same time.

Hello, my purchase email is [email protected], MarketKing Pro version number is 1.9.80, MarketKing Core version number is 2.0.00.
After MarketKing Pro and MarketKing Core are all updated to version 2.0.25, Vendor Teams & Staff sub-users still have problems adding products.
