We are open to doing an integration with that plugin in the future, and we will consider it. That said, it is quite complex and it's not something I'd be able to do quickly. I think part of the challenge is that it's not just making it work with the the "product type" dropdown on the edit product page, but also adding a "Bookings / Rentals" tab, calendar, etc.

Have you considered integrating with the Rnb plugin?
It adds product type "Rental Product" to woocommerce and this type of product is not supported in Vendor Dashboard.
