I am currently working on a project involving the development of a food multivendor marketplace website using the Dokan plugin. We are now transitioning the platform into a B2B marketplace.
To achieve this, I have installed the basic version of the B2BKing plugin for testing. However, after installing the plugin, the "My Account" pages have disappeared from the site.
Could you please confirm whether B2BKing is compatible with Dokan for creating a B2B multivendor marketplace? If so, are there specific steps or configurations required to ensure both plugins work together seamlessly?
B2BKing should be able to work with Dokan without causing 404 / not found errors for My Account pages.
This kind of issue usually means that Permalinks have not refreshed correctly on the site for some reason. If you see this kind of problem again with 404 errors for any My account page, usually you can solve it as follows:
When this add-on is installed, B2BKing features become available to Dokan vendors on their vendor dashboard. For example vendors will be able to set minimum order quantities, wholesale prices, respond to quote requests, etc.
This add-on is part of our B2BKing PRO and DEVELOPER plans.
It is also possible to use Dokan with the free version of B2BKing. In this case the plugin will still work, just that the features are limited and only available to the site admin, not each vendor.
Let me know if I can help with anything, or if you have any questions,
I am still encountering the issue of a 404 error with permalinks. When using the basic version alongside the addon, everything functions correctly. But i am unable to create my own registration form that is required now. However, when switching to the pro-older version with the addon, the issue arises, and the permalinks stop working as expected.
I want to know the complete process of what i have to be in Dokan multivendor marketplace. Like B2BKing pro + addon or B2bking Simple +addon?
Could you please help me diagnose and resolve this issue? Let me know if you need additional details.
B2BKing Core + B2BKing Pro + B2BKing for Dokan add-on (3 plugins active).
I'm afraid I am not sure what would cause the 404 error, but we would be glad to help check and troubleshoot this directly. For that is it possible to share a backend access to the site or a staging site we can work on?
Additionally, I understand you are currently using the B2BKing Pro version. For support for this version, kindly please share with us your purchase email, or your license key for the purchase. Thank you.

Hi there,
Thank you for getting in touch with us,
B2BKing should be able to work with Dokan without causing 404 / not found errors for My Account pages.
This kind of issue usually means that Permalinks have not refreshed correctly on the site for some reason. If you see this kind of problem again with 404 errors for any My account page, usually you can solve it as follows:
-> Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced and click on Save Settings as in this video: https://www.loom.com/share/1597a0ae780e469f839aec6db149b69c?sid=027895fc-4478-481b-9e3c-5bc9f7616de2
This forces a permalinks refresh and can usually fix the issue.
Regarding B2BKing and Dokan: we do have a special add-on for this setup, our "B2BKing for Dokan" addon: https://kingsplugins.com/woocommerce-wholesale/b2bking-dokan/
Let me know if I can help with anything, or if you have any questions,
Kind regards,
Stefan

Hi again,
The complete plugin setup necessary would be:
B2BKing Core + B2BKing Pro + B2BKing for Dokan add-on (3 plugins active).
I'm afraid I am not sure what would cause the 404 error, but we would be glad to help check and troubleshoot this directly. For that is it possible to share a backend access to the site or a staging site we can work on?
