We do not have any specific integrations with loyalty plugins. Any such plugin should work with B2BKing, but the only concern there is has to do with price conflicts.
If such a loyalty plugin is used for discounts, that could conflict with B2BKing's pricing features and lead to incorrect prices being displayed.
Some solutions could be to disable B2BKing's pricing code (if you do not use our plugin's pricing features), or to only use specific pricing features in the loyalty plugin. For example if that loyalty plugin adds a discount to the cart (rather than directly to the product price), or as a coupon, that would work with B2BKing as well without conflicts.
Unfortunately I do not have any specific plugin recommendation. The plugin you mentioned should be fine. My only recommendation is to add any discounts either to the cart, or as a coupon.

Does B2B king support loyalty programs already or do you have any other plugins that would work with yours so we have minimal problems.
We would like it so that the loyalty only works for B2C customers and not B2B.

I think this is relatively simple to achieve, either with a code snippet, or in the worst case with some CSS to hide content for B2B users ( https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/shortcode-to-restrict-content-to-b2b-b2c-user-groups-specific-users/ ).
