    Hello,

I used B2BKing to set up the ofrmulaire for creating professional contacts on my Woocomerce.

I would like the information to be entered into my HubSpot CRM in the right properties when the person creates the contact from the form: for example, the Last name with Last name and the First name with First name.

The necense.fr domain name is already connected, so HubSpot receives submissions from this form externally, but the fields are mapped somewhat randomly.

How can I map the fields or connect this form with my HubSpot fields?

(Attached is a screenshot of the external formualire in HubSPot with submitted responses that do not map to the correct HubSpot properties)

    Thanks you

    Thibaut

    Hello Thibaut,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

I looked a bit into this and went over the form on your site at https://necense.fr/mon-compte/

Generally B2BKing does not have any special integration with Hubspot, but it seems that the data is indeed being passed to Hubspot, so as you mentioned it seems to be a matter of mapping the fields.

I do not have a lot of experience with Hubspot, but I tried to look this up to see what the best solution may be.

-> As far as I can find, I think the best option may be to create custom properties as described here  https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/create-and-edit-properties and to give the custom property the "internal name" that matches the one in your screenshot, such as "pr_nom_du_contact_principal".

I believe if you have a property with that name, it will be able to match it automatically.

-> If it helps, I also found this link https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/use-non-hubspot-forms . I think it says the same thing: the options are to either modify the form, or to create custom properties.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
