- Create a parent account that manages sub-accounts and can see their orders (even delete them) - I use the WooCommerce Multiple Customer Addresses & Shipping plugin to have a shipping address book of the parent account that should also be available for sub-accounts - A credit line from the parent account is needed that is deducted from the sub-accounts when they make orders - the sub-accounts should have a way in the dashboard to download their order reports in excel
With this feature, it is possible that subaccount order must be first approved by the parent account. If the parent rejects the order, it is deleted. If the parent approves the order, the order is final and will be sent to the admin.

We can help with a custom code snippet that does the following: When the parent account creates the subaccount, it will automatically copy the address book of the parent to the subaccount.
However this only applies one time, during the initial creation of the subaccount.

Yes, all users under the account (parent and subaccounts), can share the same credit line (the amount for all their orders will be deducted from the same credit total of the account).

There is no feature for this in our plugin. Generally we feel it may be a bit outside the scope of B2BKing, as we try to only include B2B-specific features, whereas this may be a bit more general.
If you can find any other plugin or solution that adds order report downloads, that should also work with our plugins.
It is also possible (optional) to allow subaccounts to view all orders under the account, not just their own.

With B2BKing's subaccounts feature, it is possible for a parent account to manage subaccounts and by default will also see all their orders.
However, there is no way to delete orders. Generally customers in WooCommerce cannot delete orders after they are placed.
