I have a question about your SalesKing demo. In the admin side, I see the commission earnings for agent, demo is 199.90 on 1 compled order. In the earning page, I see an outstanding balance of 89.90. In the payment page I see 2 payout of 110 and 50. How is the outstanding balance being calculated here? The numbers don't seem to add up here. Can you clarify this? Thank you.
-> Here $199.90 is the total commission that is final (it does not include pending commissions):
Here on the earnings page, the 199.90 one is part of the above final commission. The other amount 148.90 is pending and is thus not included in the above number.
So far the total amount owed to the agent is 199.90
Here we can see the outstanding balance however is only 89.90.
Here we have 2 payments:
Payment 1: 110
Payment 2: 50 . However this payment was marked as a bonus, meaning that it does not modify the amount owed, so this is not included in calculations. It is a gift / bonus.
Therefore, starting with the initial amount owed 199.90, we substract 110 and we get 89.90 which is the current outstanding balance owed to the agent.
