Hi, we were interested in your plugin. One of the main features we are looking to achieve is that customers cannot see products which we have not approved before. This list is different for each user so for example user A can see products 1 & 2 and nothing else, and user B can see products 3 & 4 and nothing else. please advise if this is something that would be possible with your plugin. Also if it could be bulk imported per user. Thank you
Hi, Thank you for that. We were just wondering if you had the option of having further functionality where we have users who are subaccounts of different parent accounts, which means that they are in charge of a few different regular users. Now we want them to be able to see/purchase certain products like mentioned below, however, they should also be able to request to their parent users more products to be added to their list of products able to purchase. Please let me know if you need further clarification. Thank you
There is no way subaccounts can send a request to their parent accounts to add additional products.
In fact, please note that parent accounts cannot control which products their subaccounts see.
Only the website admin / manager can configure product visibility in the backend. Subaccounts will inherit the visibility of their parent accounts, so if a parent account can see a product (as configured by the site admin), subaccounts of the account can also see that product.
Generally the concept behind subaccount functionality is that subaccounts would usually represent employee accounts of a business, or specific branches of a business etc.
If you are looking to restrict what products subaccounts can purchase, probably the closest option is via the company order approval feature: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/company-order-approval/ - through this any subaccount orders must be first approved by the parent account before they go through.

Hello Dan,
Thank you for getting in touch with us,
It should be possible to achieve this with B2BKing, either through "hide price" dynamic rules which hide prices, OR by using the visibility module which completely hides products: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/faq-product-visibility-is-not-working-how-to-set-up-product-visibility/
Using this visibility module, you can go to each product and enter which specific usernames should be able to see it:
Let me know if I can help with anything, or if you have any questions,
Kind regards,
Stefan
