    set up values work one day but not the other?

    I set up discount for one group of buyers, it works for one day but next day there is no effect. Prices are general.
    I check all the settings, and everything is set in order, but it doesn't work.
    very good reason for customers not to come back.
    Why is this happening?

    Hello Dejan,

    Something that might be causing a problem here is caching. When you have a discount for only specific users, you cannot have all site users share the same cache. That can lead to a problem where a page is cached in a certain state (e.g. without discount) and is then shown to users that are supposed to see a discount.

    When you see this kind of issue it is useful to try adding the product to cart, to see if the price is correct in cart or not. If the price is correct in cart, but wrong on the product page, that further indicates it is likely a caching problem.

    More info at: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/users-see-wrong-content-b2c-users-see-b2b-content-or-prices/

    On your site, it looks like you are using the W3 Total Cache plugin. I would suggest to try deactivating this plugin, or going through its settings to disable caching for logged in users.

    I believe the above is the most likely issue, but other than that, it could also be related to some kind of conflict with another plugin that affects pricing.

    If you would like, we can troubleshoot and investigate the issue directly on the site. For that, we would need a backend login to the site, or a staging clone site we can work on.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Thank you for the access details,

    I looked into this and went over the site and plugin settings.

    Another thing I noticed is the existence of the WP Optimize plugin which similarly can set a page cache. I have modified the settings of that plugin to disable that for logged in users, which I think should prevent that specific issue.

    Other than that, I tried running various tests but I am having trouble testing for / reproducing the issue. If you see this problem again, it would help if you can share any steps or test we can use to see it; similarly it would help if you can test whether the price is correct in cart or not;

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
