B2B Products Not Displaying
Open

I have four products.  Two retail and two wholesale.  The retail (B2C) display just fine when I'm logged in as a regular consumer.  The B2B products do not display when I am logged in as a wholesale customer (B2B).  I have :

    1) Made the B2B products members of the wholesale group.  I've set group visibility settings and set the product visibility default to the group setting behavior. (I've also set the setting where it specifies "Control Visibility").  I've set the settings for the group so that the B2B products are only visible to B2B customers.

    2) Made the B2B products members of the wholesale group.  I've set group visibility settings and set the product visibility settings to be individually set overriding the group settings. (I've also set the setting where it specifies "Control Visibility").   I've set the settings for the product so that the B2B products are only visible to B2B customers.

In both cases, when I'm logged in as a B2B customer I can not see any of the B2B products.  I don't see the B2C products either (which IMHO is good). WordPress simply says "No Products Were Found Matching Your Selection".

Any advise?  I'm at a loss.   Also is there a way to purchase support so that someone can go in and fix it for me?

    Hi there,

Thank you for your patience on this,

I understand that despite having configured the visibility, this is not working correctly and your B2B users are not able to see products as expected.

As I understand it, you have set all your products to "manual setting (override category rules)":

-> Do you see any changes if you deactivate B2BKing -> Settings -> Other -> "Product Visibility Cache"?

If you do, sometimes the problem may have to do with the parent category of the products: if that category is hidden, it may be creating some kind of conflict.

-> Other than that I'm afraid I'm not sure what the issue could be. Occasionally we see conflicts related to specific themes or specific page builders / widgets being used.

If you go directly to the product URL as a B2B user, does that work or are you redirected away? If that does work, it suggests it's a conflict with the theme/ builder.

We can check and troubleshoot this directly on the site if you'd like. For that, we would need a backend login to the site, or a staging clone site we can work on.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
