Setting Up Account Icon with Login/Registration Functionality

    Hello,

I hope you're doing well! I'm currently working on setting up my website header using Elementor Pro, and I have a question about the account icon functionality.

I would like to set it up so that when a guest is logged out, clicking the account icon prompts them with a login or registration popup. On the other hand, when they are logged in, I’d like the same icon to direct them to their account page.

Is this possible to achieve within Elementor Pro and B2B King? Also, I’m not sure if using the B2BKing plugin for my account page automatically replaces the default WooCommerce "My Account" page, or if this is something I need to configure separately. The same goes for login and registration — will those be affected as well?

I appreciate any insights or advice you can offer.

Thank you so much for your help!

    Best regards,
    Martin

    Hello Martin,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

B2BKing does not replace the my account page - it works with the standard account page / icon and just adds a few extra tabs to this account page (for B2B offers, conversations etc).

What you are describing where a logged out guest clicks on that to open a popup, but a logged in guest is taken to my account, this is a fairly common setup many themes have. It's generally something the theme would add - we view it as a bit outside the scope of B2BKing as it's more of a design aspect, so we do not have any features for it. B2BKing would work with whatever way the theme or builder handles it.

Generally my first suggestion would be to try use a theme that has that - off the top of my head, I think the Flatsome and Woodmart themes may have it, but you'd have to check with them.

Besides that, if you are working with Elementor Pro customizing the header, I would suggest to check a few different my account Elementor widgets, as one might have it.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
