I'm sorry to hear that - we have seen this kind of issue in rare cases. It is usually a connection problem, either our hosting is blocking you IP / ISP for some reason, or the other way around and your ISP is blocking our server. There is probably a firewall somewhere in the middle.
A quick option would be to access it using a VPN, or a mobile data connection (4g/5g), as that would be using a different IP.
Other than that, if you can provide me your IP address, I can try to check on our end if there's any blacklist or similar issue.
