Are you looking at the situation where a product is being edited and prices are set here directly?
In that case, it is not necessary to set a B2B price. If a B2B price is not set, the plugin simply uses the regular price.
For example in the above image, B2B users will get the regular price (100), because a special B2B price is not set.
