Product involved: MA52853P priced at $49.990 chilean pesos. (Polera entrenamiento Udinese Macron Manga Corta 24/25)
The problem:
We setup 3 dynamic rules:
one for our Retail customers: 30% discount (discounted price $34.993)
the second: for our "Instituciones" clients: 15% discount (discounted price $42.492)
At this point everything works fine. Every customer sees the correct discount.
Then, when we add a 3rd rule, off 20% discount for everybody. With this 3 rules, “Instituciones” clients should see a 20% discount or $39.992, but they still see the 15% discount (because 20% is better than 15% discount).
We haven´t set any condition or priority for the discounts.
I understand you're having trouble with the dynamic rules not applying the higher 20% discount for your "Instituciones" clients.
It might be because these are different kinds of discounts. This only works for dynamic rules that are equivalent (e.g., same kind of discount). It would help if you could share screenshots of your discount rules so I can better understand how they're configured.
In the meantime, you could try: 1. Setting explicit priorities for the rules 2. Making sure all rules are the same discount type 3. Double-checking the conditions for each rule
I tried replicating this issue in my test environment but strangely wasn't able to reproduce it. To help troubleshoot this more effectively, would you be able to provide temporary admin login credentials to your site or a staging environment?
This would allow me to investigate the discount rule configuration directly and identify what might be causing the unexpected behavior.
Hi Stefan, I installed b2b in a new woocommerce site and everything works fine. I think we made a modification in our code and that could be the problem... I'm cheking it out with my team now. I will keep you posted.
I apologize for the delayed response on our end. I understand that you've installed B2BKing on a new WooCommerce site and identified that the issue might be related to some custom code. Thank you for keeping me updated on this.
Let me know if encounter further issues with this - if so, I'll prioritise this on our end so we can get this resolved as soon as possible.
