    Hello WebWizards Team,

I have tried translating my website using Loco Translate. While MarketKing works perfectly, I am facing issues with B2BKing. It seems there are two versions: B2BKing Core and B2BKing Pro.

    • The Core version translates without any issues, but the Pro version does not.
    • As a result, some parts of the website are translated, while others remain in the original language.
    • I see in locotranslate that are 2 Plugins available one ist the core and pro

    Steps I have already tried:

    1. Ran the synchronization in Loco Translate → No improvement.
    2. Checked all language files (.po, .mo) and ensured they are in the correct folder (wp-content/languages/plugins/).
    3. Manually created a new .po file for B2BKing Pro → Not recognized by Loco Translate.
    4. Cleared the database cache and WordPress cache.
    5. Checked the advanced configuration settings in Loco Translate → No improvement.
    6. Enabled Loco Translate debug mode, but no specific error message appeared.
    7. Verified whether the .pot file for B2BKing Pro is available or missing.

Now, I am getting the following error message in Loco Translate:

    Partially Configured Package

The configuration of this package was automatically detected but is not yet complete.

65 files could not be assigned to any known string set.

Since I have already tried all common troubleshooting steps, I would appreciate a more in-depth analysis and possible solution. Please avoid a standard response, as I have already performed the basic debugging steps.

    Looking forward to your support!

    Hi Barni,

Thank you for reaching out and for providing a detailed explanation,

B2BKing and MarketKing handle translations differently:

With B2BKing Pro, the translation system is designed to only use strings from the Pro version, not from Core. The fact that some strings are translated correctly suggests to me that these might be coming from our built-in default translations (I assume you're translating to German?).

Based on what you're describing, it seems there might be an issue with how the custom translations are being loaded - perhaps the system is loading our default translations but not recognizing your custom ones properly.

To properly diagnose and resolve this issue, we would need to take a closer look at your setup. Would you be able to provide us with temporary backend admin access to either your live site or a staging environment?

    Kind regards,
    Stefan

    Hello Stefan,

thanks for the reply. What would be the best way,  to provide you the admin credentials? Turn on the private toggle and post it?

    Dear WebWizzard Team,

I submitted a support request more than two weeks ago and have yet to receive any response. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, my messages have gone unanswered.

I have purchased both MarketKing and B2BKing through your platform and expect appropriate support. What makes this particularly concerning is that I shared my admin credentials in good faith to facilitate assistance—prompt communication would have been expected in return.

I kindly ask you to get back to me as soon as possible to resolve the outstanding issues.

    Hi Barni,

I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. We're currently experiencing a very high volume of support requests.

I've just checked your site and noticed that the site language is set to German (Sie). Upon investigating the Loco Translate plugin for B2BKing, I found that the German Sie translation only has around 700 strings, which is unusually low. This indicates that the translation wasn't properly synced.

I've gone ahead and synced the translation, and I can now confirm that I'm able to translate strings successfully. As a test, I translated "Bulk order" and verified that it appears correctly on the frontend.

I've recorded a video showing the exact steps I took: https://www.loom.com/share/8d76831f8cfb44fa849013df95de9dd8?sid=98e3c034-a5bc-4e47-a14b-60d414b56bc5

Please check if this resolves the translation issues on your end. If you're still experiencing any problems, don't hesitate to let me know.

    Kind regards,
    Stefan
