Sorry to hear about that issue! I understand you're having issues with PayPal not showing up at checkout.
I think this is likely related to B2BKing's payment method settings. You'll need to ensure the PayPal payment method is enabled for your customer groups under B2BKing -> Groups. Each payment method needs to be explicitly enabled there for it to appear at checkout.
I also tried checking it now directly on the site but I seem to have an issue reaching the final payment step - I'm getting an error about invalid addresses regardless of what address/country is entered (as seen here: https://prnt.sc/o_LgGXX5xWoz). I do currently see the PayPal button as an express payment method so not sure if perhaps you already solved this.
Hi Stefan,
thanks for your reply. I honestly can't sleep anymore because of this issue.
Yes, you have to enter the house number 26 directly after the street name in the same field – see the screenshot.
When you then proceed to checkout and choose, for example, credit card payment and click "Pay", you get the first error: "Email address is required."
The second one says: "Please enter your VAT ID."
And the third one: "Please enter your LUCID number."
Where are these errors coming from?
Is there a setting we might have missed?
However, I’m still wondering: what are these fields for, and where do these settings come from? Quite interesting – maybe we’ve missed something?
Also, we noticed something else during the checkout process:
Previously, credit card details were requested – now they’re not. Why is that? Could this be related to a PayPal issue?
In the backend, the order was also not marked as paid.
Regarding the field errors you were seeing ("Email address is required", "VAT ID", "LUCID number") - I believe these were coming from B2BKing's Registration Field settings:
I can see these fields are currently not set as required, but it's possible they were previously configured as required fields. Since the site is using a multi-step checkout, this could have caused some validation issues with detecting empty fields.
As for the payment gateway display and credit card fields - this is controlled by each payment gateway - B2BKing would not have a role in that.
Each payment gateway has its own implementation and options. Different gateways for PayPal will probably have different options, fields, designs. It has less to do with the service itself (PayPal) and more to do with the specifics of how each gateway was developed.

One more thing regarding the payment options:
In the screenshot, you can see that some fields are empty. These are payment methods provided by PayPal.
Where can we configure these to display the correct names or labels for the available payment methods?
Best regards,
Andreas

Hello,
I was able to solve the following issues:
"Email address is required."
"Please enter your VAT ID."
"Please enter your LUCID number."
(See attached screenshot.)
