We're generally satisfied with B2BKing, but would like more reporting features.
For example, we need monthly reports to view our B2B customers' sales and identify growth.
For the Customers section, a time range would be important to see this. This would allow us to view sales specifically from February, for example. The number of orders would also be helpful. With the number of sales (by time range) and orders, an overview could be created more easily.
A cron job that sends the report to a defined email address at defined times would be great.
We also need an API from WooCommerce (B2BKing) to get the sales into Pipedrive. Do you have any experience with this?
Thanks for your feedback and for sharing your thoughts on features.
Regarding time-based customer reports, generally you can access this functionality through the B2BKing -> Reports page in your WordPress admin. When you select a specific customer, you should be able to select a specific time range and see order numbers, as shown here: https://prnt.sc/89tHC3hM95ym
Regarding the automatic report delivery via cron job that you mentioned - while this isn't currently available, I've noted this suggestion and we'll definitely consider it for future updates.

In terms of API usage, you can use the standard WooCommerce REST API since all B2BKing orders are stored as regular WooCommerce orders. You can find the Woo API documentation here: https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/#orders
Let me know if you need any info or clarifications on this.
Kind regards,
Stefan
