    I am writing to inform you that I am currently unable to complete my payment using my Wells Fargo card. I am currently located in Venezuela.

    Although the first time I tried, I was able to access Wells Fargo to receive a confirmation code, I am now receiving an error message when I try to make the payment.

    Could you please assist me with this issue?

    In terms of the specific error message and payment processing - our checkout is handled by our payment processor, Paddle.com. They manage all payment processing and would have more detailed information about why specific cards are being declined. You can reach their support team directly at [email protected] if you need specific details about the card decline.

     

    However, I would suggest trying an alternative card or trying to use PayPal during checkout. Even if you don't have a PayPal account, their checkout system allows you to enter and process credit card payments through their platform. This might work better in your case, so I would suggest to try the PayPal option during checkout.
