I checked your website and I believe this is happening because of the B2BKing product visibility settings. Looking at the category settings (https://prnt.sc/8AsHU5Qso1Ec), the category does not have visibility enabled for any user groups. When set like that, it's normal that the category would display a 404 error.

For the product visibility feature to work correctly, we recommend that both the category and its parent category should have the same visibility settings.
