    Hello,

We have switched on settings (in b2bking plugin for woocommerce) to show both regular user price and wholesaler price for b2b users, but I've just noticed, that if dynamic rules are applied for regular b2c users (as on sale) it only shows the adjusted price (in single product page. In archive it shows both - as intended, unless the product has variations).

We would want to cross over the original price and then show the adjusted price (according to it's dynamic rule) (this has to be applied only for b2c customers - that means regular customer roles and guests if they don't have account)

We found no such option to toggle, that would handle such thing. I attach screenshot of our dynamic rule setup (for this) and what the b2c user see's.

    To clarify -

We have only set regular price for each product and handle everything else via dynamic rules. (this means no on-sale, no wholesaler/wholesaler on-sale price is determined in when editing product individually)

Everything considering b2b users is working correctly.

We need solution for b2c users and their discounts to be displayed properly.

    Hi there,

    Glad to assist,

    (A)

There is some CSS on your site that is hiding the "old price" (crossed out original price). This applies to the single product page, you can see the CSS in the bottom right corner highlighted with blue color in these 2 examples:

This seems to be custom CSS added to your site somewhere. Please try to find and remove that, it should then show the crossed out prices on each single product page.

In archive pages as far as I can see this seems to be displaying correctly for both variable and simple products:

Regarding the badges displaying different texts:

    I understand that they show:

    • "-15% ispardavimas"
    • "ispardavimas"

B2BKing does not add that "-15%" text. B2BKing only adds the text from the "discount name" setting in dynamic rules:

If you did not set the discount name to say "-15%", it means there is another plugin / theme / code that is adding that.

Sometimes the theme does this, it may help to check theme settings. To troubleshoot this, I would suggest to try temporarily activating the official free Storefront theme, and to try deactivating other site plugins. Hopefully that would clarify what adds that "-15%" text.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
