We have purchased this plugin to setup a multi vendor platform for our client and the license is due for renewal soon. The client has not officially launched it as there have been many issues along the way and the main feedback has been about configuring the shipping costs. It seems a very complex way for vendors to setup shipping costs for their listed products. How can we make it easier for the vendors to understand easily to setup shipping prices?
can you suggest is this the right way to make them understand about "How to setup shipping classes and prices for their listed products?" or you guys have another easier way to do it for vendors/sellers? This seems really complex steps for them to understand.. Please help!
I understand the shipping setup can feel complex for vendors.
While our default shipping setup uses shipping classes which provides good flexibility, I can suggest an alternative that might be easier for your vendors to use. You could take a look at perhaps using the the Per Product Shipping extension for WooCommerce (https://woocommerce.com/products/per-product-shipping/). This extension integrates well with our plugin and allows vendors to set shipping costs directly when editing each product.
With Per Product Shipping, vendors can simply: 1. Edit their product 2. Set a shipping cost per country 3. Save the product
We have purchased the suggested plugin, but i am not able to see any settings for vendors to set prices for products listed. any tutorials you guys have? so that i can follow that?
The suggested plugin has been installed on the website.
Can i have an update please. if this does not works, we have to think about plugin renewal. since its not giving us desired results. its looks very complex for vendors to setup shipping prices for products.
Hi, can i have an update on this ticket? As you suggest a paid plugin and we have bought that but that even not working with your plugin. we are skeptical now to renew marketking plugin for upcoming year.
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the shipping settings visibility. Since this works in our testing environment, I'd like to take a closer look at your setup to help resolve this.
Could you please provide me with temporary admin login credentials so I can check the configuration on your site?
I'll investigate further once you share the login details.
I looked into this and it seems there had been a relevant change in the last update of the Per Product shipping plugin which created an incompatibility.
I updated the MarketKing plugins accordingly and now I am able to see the per product shipping options on the seller dashboard correctly:

we have created a step by step guide for the sellers on this platform so that they can setup shipping costs for their products. Link: https://reselix.com/guides/how-to-set-seller-shipping-classes-prices/

Hi again,
Thank you for your patience on this,
The way this should work with that plugin is as follows:
When editing each product, vendors can go to Shipping and enable the "per product shipping" box:
Then they can add a shipping cost for that product, either for all countries or specific countries / states / postcodes.
Let me know if you can see that panel,
Kind regards,
Stefan
Can you see above screenshot? per product related settings are not visible in our seller's dashboard,
but if i go to the backend of the wordpress and add new product then these settings are visible. See below screenshot attached.
