Thank you for your patience on this,
These issues can happen if loading hangs, particularly on sites with a larger number of products.
(1) Regarding the editing of dynamic rules, please go to B2BKing -> Settings -> Other, and enable the settings under 'Large stores':
This should allow rules to load correctly. It will replace the products dropdown with an ID dropdown to facilitate this.
(2) Regarding visibility, can you clarify, are you trying to change visibility settings for categories in bulk? (in the panel here)
Please also let me know, approximately how many categories does the site have?
