We use b2b registration option and b2b users have to attach their diploma. Since the attachments go straight to media, they are accessible to everyone and will be indexed by seo (unless we exclude every single one of them, but that still doesnt fix the public media folder problem)
How can we isolate them so that they would be stored in specific folder (but not lose the ability to view the attached file in registration approval process and when user is deleted, that the attachment would be deleted also)
B2BKing doesn't have a built-in system for custom media folders.
However, this is a common issue in WP, and there are many plugins and articles about restricting the media folder (either completely, or for example you could restrict it so it's only directly accessible by a specific user role like administrator etc).
