    Hi, When I click the button in the cart page "Send custom quote request" It sends the request fine but the redirect show a 404 page not found error.

    Hello Paul,

    Glad to assist,

     

    A few questions to better understand the setup:

     

    -> What is the URL you are seeing when you get that 404 page?

    (usually it would be a URL such as http://site.com/my-account/conversation/?id=3726)

     

    -> If you go to My Account -> Conversations (as a customer on the frontend), does that work, or do you see a 404 error there as well? Are you able to start or open conversations there?

    Hi Stefan,

    I have just tried this morning to recreate the problem but it all seems to be working as it should.

    The ones I had a problem with last week are also in the conversations tab also.

    I think we can close this ticket for now.
