I’m experiencing an issue when trying to place orders that include products from multiple vendors. While single-vendor orders are processed without any problems, multi-vendor orders result in the following error message during checkout:
"An error occurred while processing your order. Please check your payment method for any charges and review your order history before reordering."
This is preventing customers from completing multi-vendor purchases. Could you please assist in resolving this issue?
Based on your screenshot, it looks like the only difference is the shipping cost (2eur in the first order, 1.68eur in the second order), and then there is a slight difference in tax/total because of this shipping cost difference.
My understanding is that these are shipped in the same package / shipped by admin.
In that case, it is normal to have that kind of shipping cost difference, because MarketKing splits the shipping cost proportionally based on the value of the products.
So for example:
Let's say we have an order with total cost $1000, with 2 products:
Product 1, vendor A, cost $95
Product 2, vendor B, cost $5
In this case we do not want to split the shipping cost equally, so we split it proportionally based on the value of the products, therefore vendor B gets only 5% of the shipping cost.

Regarding this issue, I checked it now on the site.
I understand it is the composite order here https://www.testbb90.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-orders&action=edit&id=19877
