The problem is that when we have assigned a customer to wholesale TAX free as their customer group. Then the system does not deduct VAT from the price for all users.
This problem has rather arisen randomly, because older accounts that have been created and assigned the wholesale Tax free customer group see prices without VAT.
How to make sure that all user accounts whose customer group is assigned wholesale Tax free see product prices without VAT?
I am attaching 2 screenshots that show the price difference in terms of VAT even though both user accounts have the same customer group assigned.
Please go to B2BKing -> Dynamic Rules and check your 'tax exemption' rule settings. One of the most common causes for this behavior is that the rule might be set to "Requires: VIES-validated VAT number". When configured this way, the tax exemption will only apply to users whose VAT numbers have been successfully validated through the European VIES system.
To ensure all users in your wholesale Tax free group get VAT-free pricing, you can set the rule to "Requires: nothing".
While you're there, I'd also recommend double-checking the countries for which the rule applies, as this could also affect which users receive tax exemption.

Hi Marko,
Thank you for purchasing B2BKing!

Let me know if that can help solve it,
Kind regards,
Stefan
