    I have made FREE SHIPPING only for DTC but DELIVERY FREE is showing up on B2B.


    I am also having problems with allowing price estimates to come in for each, and the threshold of LTL

    Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

    Regarding the free shipping setup: I understand you're looking to enable free delivery only for B2C users. The simplest way to do that would be to just create a free shipping method in WooCommerce settings, and then enable it only for B2C, as shown here: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/how-to-enable-disable-payment-and-shipping-methods-based-on-users-or-groups/

     

    For your second question about price estimates and LTL thresholds - could you please provide some more details about what exactly you're trying to set up? Screenshots of your current configuration would be really helpful.

     

    If it helps, we can also take a look at the site directly and troubleshoot the shipping issue. For that, we would need an admin access to the site or a staging clone site,

    Thank you for the response.  I had already set the rules in the groups (please see screenshots).  Some how there seems to be something not configured correctly or conflicting.

    Hi Nicholas,

    Thank you for clarifying that - things do look set up correctly in the screenshots so unfortunately I can't tell what the issue is based on that. It's probable there's a conflict there in the shipping functionality. To properly investigate and troubleshoot this, I would need to check the site directly.

    Could you please provide temporary admin credentials to either your live site or a staging environment? Once you share those details, I'll be happy to take a closer look and help resolve this.
