I noticed that the Startup account is listed for $199.50, currently discounted to $149. However, my recent invoices show a charge of $216.59, which I find confusing.

At the moment it looks like you have 2 active subscriptions:
A new B2BKing Startup subscription, purchased yesterday June 8th, charged at $149+taxes.
An older B2BKing Startup subscription, which renewed on February 7 2025 for $199+taxes.
To clarify, the promotional discounted price of $149 applies only to new subscriptions for the first year. After the first year, subscriptions renew at the regular price, which explains the $216.59 amount (regular price + taxes). I understand if this wasn't clear and may have caused some confusion. We'd be happy to refund the difference to account for any misunderstanding.

I wanted to let you know that, due to time constraints, I purchased a new account temporarily. However, I’d like to upgrade my old account to Pro, which includes three licenses. Once that’s done, I won’t need the new account anymore, and you can go ahead and deactivate it.
Since your old account renews February 7, you have $118 in unused credit. To cover the upgrade cost to Pro, we will use this credit + take the difference from the new purchase. What is left ($83) has now been refunded to you and this refund should reach your account in a few days. I have also paused the 2 Startup subscriptions so they do not renew.
To complete the upgrade, I need you to please follow these steps:
The checkout will show as free - there is nothing to pay right now, but we need you to do this so that a new subscription can be created for B2BKing Pro.

Yes, that's correct! Please use the new licenses from your Pro account for your sites. The previous licenses will be automatically deactivated, so there's no need to worry about those.
