Regarding visibility of variations: please note that the Visibility Feature (which is enabled via 'control product visibility') does not have the ability to hide individual variations, it can only hide products completely.
However, I can recommend these solutions:
(1) In most cases, you can hide individual variations by simply leaving their price empty.
So for example, if you want to have variation 1000-30g only visible for B2B users, set the prices as follows:
(empty regular price, price set only for b2b)
This can in most cases hide variations completely, but it depends on theme and other plugins whether this works.
(2) Another option is to go to B2BKing -> Dynamic rules and create a 'hidden price' dynamic rule where you select the variations and groups who should not see them. However this can only replace the price with a text like 'not available' - it cannot hide variations completely,
Regarding your package, you are currently on the B2BKing Startup plan and there have been no changes made to your subscription. We never make changes to subscriptions without customer approval.
About the visibility issue - could you please confirm if you tried setting the visibility as shown in my previous screenshot (with regular price empty and only B2B price filled), but the variation is still visible to B2C users?
To help troubleshoot this further, I would be happy to take a closer look if you could provide temporary admin access to your site or a staging site,

Unfortunately, it is not possible with the price alone.
Because the product is visible but has no price and you cannot add it to the cart.
Therefore, it does not work for me, because I do not want retail customers to see the variation at all.
Do you have any other solution?
