MarketKing seems to have a bug. When I register using MarketKing's shortcode, it doesn't send any registration email to the user. The same thing when the user is approved.
That's unusual, as the plugin uses the standard WooCommerce email system for sending registration notifications. To help identify where the issue might be occurring, I suggest we take the following steps:
This will help us determine if the emails are being sent but not reaching the inbox (a server/spam filter issue) or if they're not being generated at all (a plugin issue).
2. If you find that the emails are being logged but not received, it's likely a deliverability issue. In this case, I recommend setting up the WP Mail SMTP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
If you could provide us with admin access to your site or a staging site, I'd be happy to take a direct look and help identify the exact cause of the issue.
Hi,

Can you please fix this issue.

Hi Anthony,
Thank you for purchasing MarketKing!
That's unusual, as the plugin uses the standard WooCommerce email system for sending registration notifications. To help identify where the issue might be occurring, I suggest we take the following steps:
1. First, install and activate the WP Mail Logging plugin to check if the emails are being sent technically:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
This will help us determine if the emails are being sent but not reaching the inbox (a server/spam filter issue) or if they're not being generated at all (a plugin issue).
2. If you find that the emails are being logged but not received, it's likely a deliverability issue. In this case, I recommend setting up the WP Mail SMTP plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
If you could provide us with admin access to your site or a staging site, I'd be happy to take a direct look and help identify the exact cause of the issue.
Kind regards,
Stefan
