We are trying to create an offer for the b2c and guests that will be displayed on a certin product's page.
Where ever we paste the shortcode, nothing shows up. in the product's description, in the product's EXTRA (using flatsome theme), the the product's layout option, in a new custom tab
nothing shows up.
We tried using a dynamic rule to achieve the BUY 3 GET 1 FREE but this gives a discount and will not effect the stock level what so ever, and also this will make to user to add 4 units to get a free extra unit, the dunamice rule just gives a discount and nothing more.
Can you please suggest how to achieve this?
We want to create a BUY 3 GET 1 FREE for a certin product where it will subtract the product's stock level by 4 units.
I looked into that now to see what the best options might be,
When using dynamic rules, I just want to clarify what the expected functionality would be:
The rule would need to be set as "Buy X 4 Get 1 Free"
The user would add 4 items to cart and a discount for 1 would be added to cart automatically
So I believe the stock would correctly deduct 4 items, and in effect the user would only pay for 3.
That said, I definitely understand if your goal is to have this work differently so that users can add 3 items or that one item can show as free. This is something we are looking at to improve the plugin in future versions,
I am looking at whether offers could be used but it is proving to be quite difficult with our current plugin architecture - as these are fundamentally build to only work for B2B users. Could it work for you if we added a filter that makes all offers visible to all users? Or do you also need to have some offers with unique visibility settings?
I have no problem to show dynamic rules to b2c as well since we set the visibility rules product based, so B2C user will not see B2B products and vise-versa.
I dont have an issue with how it works now, its just not as straight forward as adding 3 products and a free one will be automatically added with price of 0, rather than I have to count on the client to understad that he needs to add 4 units to get the discount in order to fullfill the BUY 3 GET 1 FREE.
I will try to use the system as it is now, and perhaps you will update it someday.

Hi Stefan,
Thanks for you detailed answer.
