Hi, I would like to check if a customer is registered under Sales Agent A initially, but was later engaged with Sales Agent B and bought his recommendation. Does the commission still go to Sales Agent A or B?
By default, in this scenario the commission would go to Agent A since the customer was initially registered under them and the customer gets assigned to them. This is the standard behavior of our system.
Yes, I understand this is the default behavior. However, if a customer is initially bound to Sales Agent A through the registration link, but later engages with Sales Agent B—who shares a shopping link or product link generator—will the commission for that particular order go to Agent B?
My goal is for customers registered under Sales Agent A to have all their orders credited to Agent A by default. But in cases where the customer makes a purchase through Agent B’s shopping link or product link generator, I want the commission for that specific order to go to Agent B instead.
Also, if a customer wishes to change their binding to Sales Agent B, can this be done manually in the backend WordPress user page?
I also wish to make my purchase for Sales King for my company but in Malaysia we dont have VAT. I can't seem to proceed without adding VAT. I tried keying in our country's own tax identifier (TIN) number but it also rejects me. Can you advise further?

Hi Marcus,

Is your goal to have this work the other way?
Kind regards,
Stefan
