    Hi,

Is there an easier way to make an already registered customer-account to a Sub-account than going thru this (se enclosed). Should it not be a choice for this on the account-page/the one that shall be the sub-account?

    Hi Trond,

Currently, we don't have built-in functionality for users to directly request/become subaccounts of other users through their account pages. I think this would require a more complex flow where:
    - User A requests User B to become their subaccount (or vice versa)
    - The other party gets notified of this request
    - They can then approve or reject the request

We are open to this in future updates, but so far it seems quite niche and we have not had other requests for it, therefore we do not wish to overcomplicate it.

I think it could be done with a custom coded My Account tab that handles requests and approval/rejection. If you wish to work on something like that with a developer, we'd be happy to provide any technical information requested.

    Kind regards,
    Stefan

    Thanks for clarifying!

Unfortunately, there's no built-in way to directly set up subaccounts from the WordPress admin customer card. Currently, this can only be done through the Tools panel,

Doing it via the customer page would require a custom coded UI for that,

    Kind regards,
    Stefan
