I looked into that now and tested with the latest versions on our local site, but I am not able to reproduce that kind of problem. It's hard to say what exactly is happening there, possibly some kind of session issue.
To best assist you and troubleshoot this effectively, would you be able to share a backend access to the site or a staging clone site with us?
It would also help if you can share a quick example of how we can reproduce the problem - is it as simple as adding items to cart and seeing them vanish on page refresh? or logging in and out and losing the cart contents?
I understand this is urgent as it is affecting the entire shop. I have prioritized this on our end and we are doing our best to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

We have discovered a critical problem with SalesKing on our shop.
When SalesKing is active, the WooCommerce cart does not save for anyone:
Guests cannot keep items in the cart.
Logged-in users also lose their cart after logging out and back in.
As soon as we disable SalesKing, everything works correctly – WooCommerce cart is saved and restored as expected.
We have already tested the following, but nothing helped:
Applied the salesking_empty_cart_on_switch filter with return false; as suggested in your documentation.
Tried custom functions to preserve the WooCommerce session/cart.
Disabled caching plugins completely.
Despite these tests, the issue remains – SalesKing still clears the cart and prevents it from being saved.
Could you please check this and provide a fix?
It is very urgent because customers cannot use the store properly while SalesKing is enabled.
