We have a critical issue, When we add products to an offer, and send it, when they add to cart, the table on the cart page, and checkout do not show the added products. We're typing the exact product name "shipping".
When the customer clicks on "add to cart" next to an offer, are no products added at all (only the main offer item shows up)? Or is this problem happening only for the specific "shipping" item you mentioned?
It would help if you could share a screenshot or short video that shows the exact issue and steps to reproduce it. If you'd like, I can also troubleshoot this directly on the site. For that, we would need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site.
Correct, we have offers use actual products turned on.
All the products that the customer added from the purchase list are added to the cart. But our Shipping product we manually added does not show, seems to be meta text under offer.
We have a product named "Shipping" with the SKU "shipping" and we hoped that would fix it, but it did not.
Regarding allowing a search by product there - this is a top priority for us and we will be adding this functionality in upcoming updates.
I tried to log into the site but I'm getting a message saying "you are required to reset your password" - this might have triggered a security feature on your end.
It might work better to create an admin user for us using our email at [email protected]
Could you clarify whether you've been able to add the Shipping item as product_90275, and that's now working in offers, or is that still unresolved?

We changed the add to cart text, but with that code disabled, it still does not add Shipping.

Tried adding a different product and same issue, nothing manually added is mapping to the cart.

This is not ideal.
I switched to the "Show product selector in offers"
But the page seems to not load.. maybe because we have 40k+ products
I see in another ticket that correct, the # of products makes "Show product selector in offers" impossible.
By default most wordpress admin searches return nothing until 3 characters are present.
PLEASE add that as an option!!! Not having the dropdown, and not being able to copy/paste item names is silly.
