I have a WP website and selling some digital teacher products using SureCart and SureMembers. I used StyleCloud with Kadence for building pages. I would like to make my WP site into a multivendor teacher site. BUT, I find WooCommerce complicated. SureCart is simple to use. Would my SureCart setup be compatible with MarketingKing? Can I use SureCart and SureMembers for Vendors to run MarketingKing, or MUST I use Woo-commerce? If I must use woocommerce - can I keep SureCart for my own products and SureMembers to protect my own digital products? Can woocommerce and surecart and suremembers run on the same site? ie I the owner use SureCart and SureMember, as I am, for my digital products. While MarketingKing on the same site runs the multivendor side. Will that work?
MarketKing is built specifically for WooCommerce and requires WooCommerce to function - it cannot work with SureCart as it relies on WooCommerce's core functionality for products, orders, payments, etc.
Regarding running both systems simultaneously: Technically it is possible but I would not recommend it and I think it makes the setup and management very difficult. It would also mean you would have 2 checkout pages, 2 type of products, etc, so I believe it is not very practical.
What I would suggest is: If you wish to create a marketplace site using MarketKing but also keep your existing SureCart site, I think the best option is to create an entirely separate site. This site could be a subdomain, for example if your site is site.com you could create a subdomain at 'marketplace.site.com' and install WordPress, WooCommerce and MarketKing there - that way there is a connection to the main site, but they're entirely separate technically.

Hi Sylvia,
Thank you for getting in touch about MarketKing!

Let me know if I can help,
