    when a registered B2B user is logged in and goes to My Account, none of the links / features are functioning.  Clicking on any link returns the user to the same page.

    This sounds like it's likely a permalinks/site links refresh issue, though it could be caused by several different factors and can be a bit complex to diagnose.

    I would suggest to try going to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress admin and simply click 'Save Changes' to refresh the permalink structure. This often resolves these kinds of link issues.

    If you'd like, we can also troubleshoot this directly on the site. For that, we would need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site.

    Hi John,

    Thanks for providing the staging access - I was able to investigate this directly.

    It seems there's a general issue with the My Account section. Even with B2BKing completely deactivated, the problem persists - none of the My Account page links (like Orders, Downloads, etc.) are working correctly.

    I did notice that when accessing the pages directly via URL (like https://staging19.fitkitsystems.com/my-account/orders), they work fine. The issue thus seems to be that the menu links aren't pointing to the correct URLs.

    After testing various configurations, I discovered the problem appears to be related to WPML. When I deactivated WPML, the My Account links started working normally again. I went through the WPML settings trying to find the cause, but unfortunately couldn't pinpoint the exact configuration issue.

    I'd recommend contacting WPML support directly about this, as it seems to be a conflict between WPML and the WooCommerce My Account page URLs.
