The agent dashboard is all messed up and says there is an error. I have not had any emails from wordpress saying what the cause of the error is? Screenshot attached.

To help identify what's happening, we'd need to check the debug log for the exact error details. You could enable debug logging and check it using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/debug-log-manager/
Alternatively, if you'd prefer, I'd be happy to troubleshoot this directly on your site. For that, I would need backend access to the site or a staging clone.

Thanks for the access! Yesterday we also found another installation with a similar problem and we released update 1.7.85 to resolve it.
