B2BKing doesn't normally remove prices completely - at most, it would replace them with text like "login to view prices".
A quick way to test if B2BKing is involved would be to temporarily disable the plugin and see if that changes the price visibility.
This could also be a caching issue. If you have any cache plugins on your site, please make sure to either:
- Disable caching for logged-in users, OR
- Ensure each user has their own unique cache
This is important because otherwise you risk users seeing incorrect prices (for example, a logged-in user might see prices meant for logged-out visitors).
If you'd like, we can also troubleshoot this directly on the site. For that, we would need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site.
Hey,
is it possible that the B2BKing plugin could cause issues with the restricted price login? For example, a logged-in user is unable to see the prices.
