    Hello,

I purchased B2BKing specifically to manage B2B shipping rules and ensure that my B2B customers have different shipping methods than my B2C customers.

    My requirement is very simple:

    • For B2B: Flat Rate 35 € (if cart < 250 €), Free Shipping (if cart ≥ 250 €), and Showroom Pickup.

    • For B2C: only Colissimo / Mondial Relay.

However,  I cannot hide the Flat Rate when Free Shipping . Both methods are always shown together, which makes the setup unusable.

If this feature is only available in Pro/Enterprise, then the Startup plan does not meet my needs at all.

    👉 Please confirm:

    • Is there any way to achieve this with Startup?

    • If not, is it possible to cancel my subscription and get a refund, since the product does not provide the functionality I purchased it for?

    Thank you,
    Zhira

    Hi Zhira,

Thank you for purchasing B2BKing and for reaching out about this.

This can be achieved with the Startup plan as you have it.

You can configure it as follows:

    1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping, and inside each shipping zone, configure your 4 methods (Flat Rate 35€, Free Shipping with minimum 250€, Showroom Pickup, and your Colissimo/Mondial Relay methods).

For the free shipping method, set a minimum of 250€ like this: https://prnt.sc/HIhjsJzs7bDE

    2. Then go to B2BKing → Groups and for each group (B2B/B2C), enable only the appropriate shipping methods for that group. You can find more details here: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/how-to-enable-disable-payment-and-shipping-methods-based-on-users-or-groups/

    3. Important step for hiding Flat Rate when Free Shipping is available: Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping and enable "Hide shipping rates when free shipping is available" option: https://prnt.sc/c28LdyaOfJ-p

This should automatically hide the flat rate when free shipping becomes available (cart ≥ 250€).

If you'd like, we can also set this up directly on your site. For that, we'd need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site.

    Kind regards,
    Stefan
