Hello, I would like to ask if there is a way to exclude shipping costs from the commission calculation for all agents. At the moment, the commission percentage is applied on the full order total, but I need it to be calculated only on the product value. This should exclude both standard shipping fees (e.g. €8) and additional charges such as cash on delivery (e.g. €8 + €5). Could you please let me know if there is a built-in setting or recommended customization to achieve this?

I believe the issue is related to how your commission rules are currently configured. In SalesKing → Commission Rules, I suspect you have a rule set to "Once per order" which applies to the order as a total (including shipping and other charges).
However you can configure rules to apply specifically to products, categories, or tags instead. When you do this, the commission will be calculated only on the product value itself - it will automatically ignore shipping costs and other additional charges like cash on delivery fees.
To make this change:
1. Go to SalesKing → Commission Rules
2. Edit your existing rules
3. Apply the rule to specific products, categories, or tags
Please give that a try and let me know if you run into any issues,
Do I have to change the rule to "Select tags and categories" and then select all the categories to have the commission rule active on every product except shipping costs and other additional charges?
The commission ignores the shipping cost and only applies to the product subtotal.

I've set the commission rule to "All products".
Do I have to change the rule to "Select tags and categories" and then select all the categories to have the commission rule active on every product except shipping costs and other additional charges?

The "All products" option should work for what you need and calculate commissions only on product values (Excluding shipping or other fees).
The only option you should avoid is "Once per order" because that applies to the final order total including shipping and other charges.
Please double-check that you don't have any rules set to "Once per order" in your commission rules.
Let me show you a quick example of how this should work:
