Some months ago we installed the plugin and everything works as expected. However we see some strange behaviour in some client accounts, as when they try to login they get the message 'Invalid Account' and they cannot proceed to login. This is random so not only for B2B accounts.
Is this a known issue? We have not experienced this before and there are also no other plugins installed later that could cause this.
We have a lot of work in the B2B environment so I am a bit hesitant to temporarily disable the plugin in order to troubleshoot the issue. Or is it safe to do this?
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this issue.
The 'Invalid Account' message isn't coming from B2BKing - we don't have that specific text anywhere in our plugin code, so it must be originating from another plugin or code on your site.
Regarding temporarily disabling B2BKing for troubleshooting - this is completely safe to do. You can disable it to test and then re-enable it without any issues. Your B2B configurations and data will remain intact.
To help identify where this message is coming from, could you let me know:
- What's the exact error message users are seeing? Is it just "Invalid Account" or is there any additional text?
- Could you share a list of your currently active plugins?

hello,
Thank you for the reply; we solved this issue: for your info: a google recaptcha plugin seemed to be the culprit.
